The Royan Triathlon 2025 Finisher Medal: a symbol of achievement and emotion

In 2025, the Royan U Côte de Beauté Triathlon delivered a memorable edition. On September 13, experienced athletes and passionate competitors faced the Atlantic Ocean for a unique challenge, combining sporting intensity, coastal landscapes and a festive atmosphere. This 15th edition was a milestone in the history of the event, carried since its beginnings by a faithful community of athletes and volunteers.

Two formats, one passion

The Royan Triathlon offered two flagship distances, adapted to different athlete profiles. The M distance, Olympic format, provided an accessible yet demanding challenge, combining sea swimming, cycling on coastal roads and running along the ocean. The L distance, long format, remained a true benchmark, attracting hundreds of triathletes who were ready to push their limits on a demanding and spectacular course.

A bronze medal, strength and distinction

To reward the effort of the finishers, an exclusive finisher medal was created for the 2025 edition. Made of bronze metal, it embodied the strength and endurance of the sport. To distinguish the two formats, a color code had been chosen: blue for the M distance and red for the L distance. This strong visual identity gave each medal a unique character directly connected to the achievement.

The graphic design of this medal was created by Ultime Sport’s designers in France, specialists in crafting tailor-made sporting awards that combined aesthetics and technical expertise.

A meaningful souvenir

Receiving this medal was far more than crossing the finish line. It represented the memory of a collective effort, a challenge met against the elements, and the unique atmosphere that brings Royan to life every September. It was also a keepsake of a special edition, a symbol of passion, self-surpassing and gratitude.
